The core is the area that connects your upper body and lower body and this is what brings momentum into any part of your game. When you’re in a game, your body does the following actions: 1. Jump to rip down rebounds 2. Elevate to dunk or lay-up 3. Elevate to rebound 4. The best way to approach a matchup is to use the method of K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid). There will always be matchups that can go either way like two solid teams playing each other, the best way to get down on these games is to not get down at all.
