this video is a very good resource for novice coaches as well as people who would like to learn how to play the game. the drills are designed for youth age group (14 y/o and below)so if you’re looking for more advanced skills,this is not for you.the instructions and skill demonstrations were clearly presented. it also shows the basic why’s of basketball. it is a must for youth coaches as well as physical education instructors.
