Customer Review: Eastbay is not no. 1 for customer service
I ordered this basketball as a Christmas gift- Eastbay sent me the Fade Away ball instead, w/ an invoice and charge for the Money Ball. Despite many emails to Eastbay and Amazon, I have heard NOTHING.
